Drive thru did not know if they had creamer for coffee, did not think they had any tater tots sold at this location to complete the order, so no side was provided even though it was included in the price. I waited 15 minutes for coffee and a toaster sandwich. Very sad that these people are so poorly trained by your organization.
it's a good thing they have yummy shakes, because they cannot serve a cheeseburger that is fresh or not overcooked. most of the time, the burgers are dry and old. a fresh buger is not almost black. I'd be ashamed to serve to the public what these kids do.
