DANG! Even better!! We haven't been here for about 5 years, as we moved to Florida. We were so lucky to get there today. The BEST catfish and shrimp, yes, shrimp! Always excellent, but today was outstanding. Fried to order, so it is crisp, not greasy. Homemade, delicious coleslaw, new recipe hush puppies (so perfect!) and onion rings. You really should try it. Been eating at The Ark for as long as I can remember. Some of my earliest childhood memories were coming in with my grandparents on Friday nights. Gotta say, I wasn't expecting much from the place just based on appearances. And then I got my food and had my mind blown away.
