We ordered a couple days ago for dinner (it was closer to closing time) and it was around a $40 order, they missed a couple burgers and some weren’t made right. Called the same night and spoke to the sweetest manager and explained the situation, they so kindly replaced my whole order and had my father pick it up today. Everything was right and absolutely delicious. Especially compared to the Wedowee jacks this Jack’s is so welcoming and has the sweetest staff.

There were no forks, spoons or sugar out. The food was just left on the counter without calling my name. There was no toilet tissue in the women's room. The dinning area was dirty. In desperate need of a good manager.

The assistant manager was very unkind. She seemed like just a miserable person in general. I hate it for the workers there having to deal with that type of atmosphere. I work in fast food so I’m not just judging a book by its cover it should not be ran the way she’s doing it. It’s unclean and the manager definitely needs to be reviewed for her actions.

Slow service at the front counter, manager left at the 5 o'clock hour just as customers were coming in and she hollered to the assistant manager to come to the front. And she walked out without asking if she needed to stay. Poor performance and needs a better presence at the front taking orders.
