We have a special needs child and due to that have since started using deliver to table. We did just like at home and after a while went to check on order to find it on the pick up shelf. If I hadn’t went to check on Ryder we would never have known it was ready and would’ve been cold. However, those came and ordered at kiosk there food was brought to them quickly. Only difference was I ordered at table instead of kiosk. Just remember if order from table here food won’t be brought to table like app says you have to go get it.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve recieved. Called and all the manager on duty had to say was “ok.” Will try contacting the store owner considering the manager on duty didn’t care.

Food is always warm & veggies are never soggy. But they seem to have issues with customizations on their burgers & sandwiches. I've ordered there multiple times & added bacon or extra lettuce to my sandwich & received a plain one instead. Which wouldn't be a big deal if i didn't pay the upcharge. I've ordered stuff with no mustard & ended up with only mustard. Etc. I get that working fast food is a high stress environment, I worked the only fast food restaurant in my home town for a few years. So i get it. But more attention needs to be paid to those screens.

Every single time my daughter and I go there, we’re always told to pull in #1 or #2 spot and wait. I’m assuming they’re always out of fries. They never get our order right, charge for something and bring out or missing something. Place needs to be shut down or new management
Several McDonald’s restaurants were open on thanksgiving day, I was traveling 3 hours from Alabama to Georgia and decided to stop in Roanoke Al for breakfast.. I placed an order through the app before I arrived and it took my money and even said “preparing order” and later said “order was ready” but when I got there this location was closed. I understand not all locations are the same so some might be closed when others weren’t but they still took my money.. I called the store on Black Friday and they said they couldn’t help me and gave me ANOTHER number to call. I called and they were out of office until Monday. So I called that Monday. The lady told me that her supervisor (Steven) was going to have to look into it and call me back and that he should call me back by the next day. I still haven’t gotten an answer from them or a call back so I lost $20+ at this location and they still won’t call me back and it’s 12/12/2024.
