Food is always warm & veggies are never soggy. But they seem to have issues with customizations on their burgers & sandwiches. I've ordered there multiple times & added bacon or extra lettuce to my sandwich & received a plain one instead. Which wouldn't be a big deal if i didn't pay the upcharge. Pass through here every week to pick up my granddaughter. I don't care who it us, every single employee I have ordered through or received food through has been kind and polite. I appreciate their customer service.
