Our waitress was kind and attentive. We ordered the salad bar, breadsticks, a super deluxe deep dish pizza, and a pepperoni pizza with stuffed crust. The salad bar was bland. The croutons were crushed and stale, and the vegetables were dried out. The dough on the super deluxe was raw, and the vegetable toppings were not cooked. The pepperoni pizza was thin and floppy, but the stuffed crust was decent. The breadsticks with marinara were good! But on our way out, I noticed a female employee sitting in the dining room at a messy table filling the marinara cups. Employees don't wear gloves. The atmosphere overall is bland and disgusting. Please stop preparing food in the dining room!

Pizza Hut in Roanoke does not disappoint!! Super Fast Delivery!! Hot and delicious pizza exactly as you'd imagined it before you called!! So helpful and polite in the phone and on the porch. There was a little snafu with my form of payment. No biggie, but gal was patient and did not mind an extra phone call to confirm that all was done right. Was very grateful for that! New in town and misstated my zip code. The pizza was fresh, hot and FAST ?Thank you!!

When I placed my order online to pick it up in the store, I have no control over what goes through thin air so if my heart rewards says that it's sending my free pizza to the store that's what I trust it does but it doesn't and I'm told that I'm a liar because my hut rewards says that it's in progress yet it doesn't show anything for the order but it gives me an order number. Obviously something took place there I don't know what, but something did. And for a manager to say that I was a liar after I'm showing her valid proof that I had the rewards before I placed my order yet all she did was roll her eyes. THEN for her to YELL OUT at her employees TO STOP HAVING SEX IN THE BACK AND GO OUTSIDE (laughing with her COPD cough/laugh) Is absolutely gross and not where I want my family to eat. Brandie, you're the only Brandie that is the manager at Roanoke, Alabama Pizza Hut and YOU ARE VERY very unprofessional and YOU NEED to be fired because all you do is get paid to sit in your car and smoke cigarettes which is why your breath smelt horrendous. Please eat a mint or brush your teeth.

I will never order delivery again from a place that charges what should go to their delivery driver seeing as they use their personal vehicle and gas while your company mooches off that service you don't even actually provide. Shame on you, bless your drivers and employees your store staff is great. Corporate needs improvement and that's putting it lightly

If there are not enough representatives available to answer the house phone, why not turn the ringer down or shut it off? Leaving the ringer on it's highest setting blasts the entire dinning area with a never ending and deafening cadence of electronic terror. Rather than a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy a meal out, customers are struggling to hear their own thoughts much less communicate with one another over the blaring tones. I can imagine that employees themselves are having daily nightmares as the trauma of an impossible work environment haunts them throughout the remainder of their day.

Roanoke, Alabama has the best Pizza Hut I've been to in years. We will definitely be regular customers now! And it is very clean.
The server was doing the best she could. The atmosphere is dirty, cold, and depressing. It really tasted like gas station or frozen pizza. The stuffed crust pizza we ordered was soggy and floppy. The phone would ring very loudly and no one would answer it. I will go out of my way not to eat here again.
Charge almost 2 dollars for even a packet of parm cheese can't get orders correct lazy slovenly workers forgot part of our order it sad how far this place has fallen. If you want something good got to downtown 56

I placed an order for delivery and when I got my order from someone who works for door dash part of my order was not there. Called the restaurant and was told that they did not have a delivery driver and that they could not send out my order unless I wanted to pay another delivery fee. Horrible customer service and will never order from them again. I should not have to pay for your mistake.
