They have got my order wrong multiple times. I did an online order two days in a row and I asked for Italian herb cheese bread and they gave me white bread and I asked for vinegar and they didn’t put any on there. There service used to be rlly good but now it’s not worth my money bc I want to get what I pay for.

firstly i walked in and she said why are all these kids out of school. we told her we needed a second she starts another order that’s fine, but when we said we were ready she caught an attitude and started talking to her co-worker saying how we needed a minute and now we were waiting on her. just very nasty and rude attitudes from both co-workers. we hadn’t even finished placing all of our orders and she’s ringing it all up basically rushing us out of the store. i get if you’re having a bad day but that shouldn’t determine how you talk to us paying customers.

I went in there about 40 minutes before they closed and I stood there for about 3 minutes with them just staring at me and I ask were they closed the lady said not but we’re about to be, the proceeds to keep putting things up the man that was there finally helped me and the lady yelled we’re not toasting any because I’m ready to go home she also said this is stupid we close in 10 minutes but I went in there 40 minutes before they closed

Gianna was on the line. She was absolutely amazing. She deserves a raise frl. She made our sandwich with love. I could really tell she loves her job! She was so enthusiastic! She held a conversation really well. When we asked her to cut our sandwich into fourths she didn’t hesitate to do it! She genuinely cares about the customers.

I am absolutely disappointed, being told the toaster is down cause they have to clean it , I'm pregnant I can't eat anything without it being toasted. I waited an hour for y'all to open and left without anything to eat had to settle for nothing I wanted. I feel like if you have it and it works you should have everything you need done for the store to be functional at open time! I'm a manager at a fast food restaurant, we don't settle. And this morning instead of pushing to get things done y'all have settled .

Pre-ordered a pizza only to be told when I get there there is no pizza...keep in mind the customer in line that ordered a pizza is getting theirs..I'm like how did they get a pizza? I was first? They are like we are sorry we forgot.
Really don't know if anyone there is competent enough to refund my money.
Maybe the huge amount of rings in their face can help them.
I will not eat at subway roanoke..ever again.
