I went in there about 40 minutes before they closed and I stood there for about 3 minutes with them just staring at me and I ask were they closed the lady said not but we’re about to be, the proceeds to keep putting things up the man that was there finally helped me and the lady yelled we’re not toasting any because I’m ready to go home she also said this is stupid we close in 10 minutes but I went in there 40 minutes before they closed

Gianna was on the line. She was absolutely amazing. She deserves a raise frl. She made our sandwich with love. I could really tell she loves her job! She was so enthusiastic! She held a conversation really well. When we asked her to cut our sandwich into fourths she didn’t hesitate to do it! She genuinely cares about the customers.

I am absolutely disappointed, being told the toaster is down cause they have to clean it , I'm pregnant I can't eat anything without it being toasted. I waited an hour for y'all to open and left without anything to eat had to settle for nothing I wanted. I feel like if you have it and it works you should have everything you need done for the store to be functional at open time! I'm a manager at a fast food restaurant, we don't settle. And this morning instead of pushing to get things done y'all have settled .

Pre-ordered a pizza only to be told when I get there there is no pizza...keep in mind the customer in line that ordered a pizza is getting theirs..I'm like how did they get a pizza? I was first? They are like we are sorry we forgot. Really don't know if anyone there is competent enough to refund my money. Maybe the huge amount of rings in their face can help them. I will not eat at subway roanoke..ever again.

Manager is very rude, they don’t provide enough for what you’re paying, they don’t cut up ingredients in salads(bacon, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc), overall poor service.

It's the 4th time we come here to grab subway and they only have a 2 bread selection and not many at all. It's a weekend and people don't like to cook kuch on the weekend. Not many chips selection neither. It's frustrating when you drive 30 pkus minutes to find out they don't have what Dubway should have in all on the locations.

All the employees were super nice and actually worked a little bit over the time that they were supposed to close to accommodate my boyfriend and I. The food was still super delicious I made sure to stockpile me on veggies. Even the bread was so fresh. I even was able to ask for it toasted and they turned back on the oven just to do so. Would totally recommend even later in the day you will enjoy.
Vegetarian options: They have so many choices of like salads with all the vegetables you could ever want. Definitely make someone who sometimes doesn't like meat the ability to have something tasty.
Dietary restrictions: All items have the amount of calories that they possess even a list of breads. They offer wraps which also are low calorie as well as like turkey and such. Even their cold cut combo is made strictly from turkey-based meats. So definitely a great option if you're trying to watch those calories.
