On 11/9/2024 at 13:01 I stood at the counter waiting for service while the employees sent text on their phone and had random Conversations with each other. They would look under the work cabinets to see me standing there I finally got tired of waiting and went somewhere else that was appreciative of my business.

It is too expensive for fast food and not that good of food either. I have been in better taco bells and the food doesn't look nothing like the commercials missed informed

When we arrived the staff was outside talking to peyote in the parking lot with 2 cars in the drive through and left is in line over 5 minutes while talking to friends. It took over 20 minutes for a simple order. With very little traffic through the store. The food was ok but not worth the wait.

Got done working for the day went in to get something to drink and I must say piss poor service they sat there just talking to each other at the window and one came from the back walked right past me at the register on here phone and didn't even notice me my drink didn't even taste like Dr pepper it was more or less watered down coke
