That man with that dirty beanie on should have been fired. Who as a grown man wears a beanie into work and do not get me started on them greasy stained clothes he wears. Britches be too tight and he’s always so sassy. Anyways the manager Courtney is exceptionally excellent and she addressed my customer service concerns promptly. Big ups to her!

The cashier didn’t have a name tag but he had a grey beanie, brown beard. He was slamming cups down on the counter, slamming freezer doors had a very rude tone. Another customer went up to him to ask him for sweet-n-low sugar for her tea and he was rude and disrespectful to her too. I’ve never this unwelcome in this Arby’s.

Debra loves Arby’s! And sometimes it is just for the potato cakes! She was a little peckish the other day, asked me to stop someplace to grab her something to eat, she selected Arby’s. Today all she had was a package of two potato cakes, They were hot and fresh, right eye out of the fryer

While the French dip and Rubens are very good, they also have gyros that are just as good. My hats off to all of those who work there, they deserve much appreciation for actually showing up for work and working as hard as they do🙂
My wife went today to get a fish sandwich. She stood for several minutes waiting while workers walked back and forth helping people in the drive thru. She left and went to Zaxbys. Fast food restaurants have to do several things, keep it clean, keep it fresh, keep it affordable, and keep good employees that care. That last requirement seemed to be a problem today.
