Went by well over an hour before close and was told that they were out of Roast Beef for the evening. How? That's like waffle house no waffles or pizza hut but no pizza. How bad does management have to be to allow that to happen?

We ordered 2- 9- piece steak bites 2 sides of Mac and cheese 1 small fry and 1 large 2- drinks $39.00!!!!!!!!! NOT DOING THAT AGAIN! That's half my grocery money...and the bites were overcooked...dried out...not worth the money...

Britches be too tight and he’s always so sassy. Anyways the manager Courtney is exceptionally excellent and she addressed my customer service concerns promptly. Big ups to her!

The cashier didn’t have a name tag but he had a grey beanie, brown beard. He was slamming cups down on the counter, slamming freezer doors had a very rude tone. Another customer went up to him to ask him for sweet-n-low sugar for her tea and he was rude and disrespectful to her too. I’ve never this unwelcome in this Arby’s.
