Horrible store. Employees arguing. Not properly getting orders out. I ordered mine at 12:15. Didn't leave the store with it after being there from 12:30-1:00. Still was given the wrong order along with others in the store. Just ridiculous for a lunch rush

I have frequently gone to this location. Order a dbl whopper w/ cheese, no onion extra, extra pickle, add mustard. Simple. Last night I received 1 extra pickle slice that I was charged 30 cent for....(never been charged before)....no cheese....triple onion that I didn't even want....also charged for. Didn't realize until I was home. Called location, no answer. Called again this morning, no answer. Went to location to have burger replaced. Treated like I was the problem. They just lost yet another loyal customer. Absolutely no one there last night.....1 person there tday. Now I see why. When u pay 15.00 for a burger, it's not too much to ask to make it right. I don't mind paying for extra ingredients. But then I expect extra ingredients. Not 1 pickle chip. Maybe u shouldn't treat your customers like they're in the wrong, when clearly you are.

Ordered a bacon melt the bacon was raw couldn't eat it the burger the sauce was bad. Tasted soured like it was bad My husbands chicken sandwich had MOLD ON THE BUN like guys do better I understand food industry im a manger i understand how overwhelming it gets but take few more seconds and have pride in the food you serve sad

I tried one of the new garlic toast melts at the Burger King in robertsdale today and it was amazing! Not only was my burger really good but this location still has cheesy tots as well!! I absolutely love cheesy tots and was do excited to find out this location had them when all others didn't. Not only was my food delicious, but my service was great as well! Just wanted to give a shoot out to the Robertsdale Burger King and thank them for such an amazing job!

The lady at the Window was Awesome! The food prep people, not so much. They were slow and didn't package the food correctly resulting in cold onion rings and not full cartons of the sides. The wraps i ordered were poorly wrapped causing them to fall apart in my car creating a big mess! I am NOT paying those kinds of prices for a messy incomplete meal! Ill go elsehere for a while.
