Really nice people, great customer service! I really liked the pimento brisket sandwich. Both the sauce options were tasty. The mac and cheese was creamy and delicious and the potato salad was tasty too!
Way under staffed. 30 min to get 2 meals. Every time I have ordered they come up with an excuse faster than I get my food. Really is ashamed because the food is great. Barbecue nachos are awesome but no longer worth the wait. If you have at least an hour you may want to try, but if you are in a hurry forget it. Prices are climbing quickly and I question the home made when I see bags of fries bought from Greer’s and nacho chips from a bag. Pay people a livable wage and you stand a better chance of retaining employees. Retained employees are a good thing and your returning customers like to see same people working

Horrible customer service experience as I walked in the door to grab my To-Go Order, the cashier admitted he forgot to put my order in. I had to wait about 15 minutes for my order to be prepared and bagged. When I made it back to work (late) from my lunch break I tried the bbq ribs, they were flavorless no smoked flavor, but they were tender. Honestly I’ve tried better ribs in a microwaveable TV dinner. The side of baked beans were dry and bland as well as the potato salad. The only good thing I can say is the sweet tea was perfect. For 16.99 this was completely unacceptable. I’ll never return here in the future.

BBQ was ok. Had pulled pork with beans and fries. They were acceptable. Had the hot BBQ sauce, and while I think I could taste habenero, there was no heat at all to it. Service was very good Probably will go back and try again.

worst BBQ restaurant in Baldwin county....
This Used to be a good BBQ place. The last three times we went in, they had No brisket. Ehat kind of bbq place Doesn't have brisket?? We were told it's too expensive for them to sell. Well that's too bad, I was going to buy 6lbs. So we wait a couple months before going back...website says they open at 11am on Sunday. We get there at 10:40 am and we're waiting in the parking lot. They arrive at 10:55am and than put a Paper sign on the door that says "closed Sunday".
Last time I stop here. There are much better bbq places nearby. If they want to make money, they need to reevaluate their customer service and business strategies.
Ridiculous!

I wish I could rate a zero! I went in an about a year ago and had cold food! It was nasty! Gave it another try last night! Everything I tried to order was either out or was frozen and just taken out! I want be back!
I’m not sure how this place is in business. We sat down and our server was the ONLY good aspect of this place. I ordered the Big Kahuna and potato salad. The sandwich was cold, not even the meat was warm. The fact that we were the ONLY people in there, there is no excuse for that. The concept was good but the execution was not. The potato salad tasted bland and like the ONLY ingredient was mayonnaise. My husband had the southern Philly sandwich with okra. Again the meat was COLD and was lacking flavor. The okra was way over cooked and mushy. My daughter had the kids Mac and cheese. Thankfully it was warm but tasted like nothing. My two year old wouldn’t touch it after 1 bite. The food was very disappointing. The service however was acceptable. I wont be returning and advise no one waste their money here.

We are locals and used to frequent Buster's and it was always great. Over the past few years it has just gone downhill. Not sure if the owners are just not present to see what's going on? One disappointing experience was when my family sat down and the 1st THREE things we tried to order they told us they were out of so we left. Another time, they had an amazing burger in the past and my husband ordered it. The burger was dry and tasteless, just totally not the same. When asked how everything was, he told them the burger was just different - not the usual burger. The waiter said, "Well, that's our burger, that's how it is every time." What? Why did you ask then? Today we entered at 11:30am for lunch. Every last table was dirty and the restaurant was empty. They obviously weren't prepared for a busy lunch day. We sat at a dirty table that hadn't been wiped yet and menus were stat in front of us anyway with trash and liquid on the table. We were asked what to drink... Not sure what went on there. We were there 10 minutes and we were only given 2 of our 4 drinks... Other people were sat and asked what to drink with another waiter immediately on it. Why? Again, maybe a lack of owner presence and untrained waiters. We have given them "one more try" multiple times in hopes we'll have an experience like we used to have, but it's consistently disappointing. We actually won't be back.
Excellent food and service!!!

I have been here twice in an attempt to have dinner. Once they said they had a catering order and could not serve me. The second time, they said they had a busy lunch and were basically out of everything, and I chose to leave. I am done trying to go here and spend money.

Google Hours say open till 8pm on Sundays, showed up at 6pm, closed !! Might want to fix that
I ate there for the first time today, after delivering multiple doordashes from there and drooling over the menu. I got the pork ribs and brisket plate, with campfire beans and coleslaw. My mom got the brisket plate with white mac and cheese, and onions rings. EVERYTHING was phenomenal. I particularly loved that the BBQ sauce on the ribs wasn't crazy sweet. And nothing was over-salted. I actually added a smidge-bit of salt to the brisket. Which is great, in my opinion. I'd rather have to add a little, than have it be ruined by too much salt. The crust on the brisket was tasty. All of the meat was fall-off-the-bone, melt-in-your-mouth delicious. I would definitely recommend their house-made Alabama White Sauce. Its not sweet, and it has a kick. Love it! I will definitely be retuning very soon!
Had a great brisket dinner at Busters Southern Pit BBQ. Sides were great as well! Will come back!
