The gentleman who took my togo order could stand to brush up on the customer service. Pep up too. The pasta bowls were alittle dry sauce wise. But plenty of chicken in it. The bbq chicken wings were tender and tasty. Good price.

While ordering online, I made a mistake and 3 pizzas were delivered with cheese only. I thought we were getting half pepperoni/half pepper and sausage on all 3. I called the store while the driver was still here. The person that answered was very polite and understanding, he corrected the problem and immediately made 3 more pizzas the way I thought I had ordered them. After looking over the website afterwards, I realized it was my mistake. I really appreciated them going the extra mile and making sure the order was corrected. We will definitely be back. This was my first time ordering online or from that store.

This location used to be great. Now the food is sloppy, they barely cut the pizza if at all. The service is horrid. I thought I was being pranked or something it was so bad. The Atmosphere isn't good with them screaming at each other and throwing stuff around. They have inappropriate conversations and attitudes dead in front of customers. They get an attitude with absolutely everyone. If your order is wrong they'll tell you to kick rocks and if you argue them into fixing it, they'll tell you it's going to be in excess of an hour (because they just want you out of their face). They like rolling their eyes at people. Whoever owns this franchise location should clear house. The manager was even way out of line.

I ordered my pizza for a 1:45 PM pickup, but arrived 15 min early at 1:30 to make sure I was there as soon as they were ready. To my surprise, they told me my order was ready when I got there. It looked like they'd been ready for an hour. The pineapple was basically mush and the cheese was no longer delicious and melty, but cold and sad. Please do better on orders that literally have the pickup time on the order.

Best value for a family dinner. 2 large pizzas garlic rolls with coupons $22 dollars. Most every where else $44-$80 for the same order. Food is not greasey. Highly recommended.

Ordered today and will not order again very little cheese and to much sauce
Normally they are good, but today the order was wrong, they brought us half of parmesan bites order, the pizza was supposed to be half pepperoni and half cheese but they brought complete cheese and everything was cold like they made the food yesterday. When called the store Jessica didn't let my talk, then told me that they were going to fixed it, and 1 1/2 hour later we still waiting.

Good pizza at a good price. Staff is always friendly...However, it has not failed the past several times I've ordered that the pizza is never cut neatly or all the way through. Please consider slowing down and cutting the pizza properly.

Definitely would rate them higher if I could! We had a Little Caesar’s order go very wrong last night and lucky for us, these guys were right down the road and OPEN!!! We placed an online order and had it in our hands hot and ready within 5 minutes. The gentleman behind the counter was helpful & kind. He made sure we had parmesan cheese and/or crushed red peppers before we left and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. 10/10 !!!

Ordered a pizza, sub, cheese dip and an Alfredo pasta. I called and asked if I could get extra sauce and I’d be happy to pay for it as I’m 8 months pregnant and craving it. The gal said no problem and no charge. I picked up my food at 5:25 and got home. I open the pasta and there was maybe a tablespoon of sauce. A tablespoon. That was done deliberately and maliciously. I called and they offered to remake it with the gal on the phone saying she’d personally do it. The call was at 5:38 pm, I arrive and the gal is asking if my pasta was remade (she didn’t make it as she stated she would). I finally got my Alfredo pasta at 6:02 pm and made it home to cold pizza and cheese dip. I forgot to take a picture of the first pasta. Why was there a tablespoon of sauce only? Alfredo pasta typically has sauce in it and this one was so dry the noodles were cracked and browned around the edges. Why be malicious for no reason? I offered to pay for the extra sauce and I asked for extra as it’s a pregnancy craving. It’s a waste of my time, disrespectful, customer abuse and just plain mean. Check your food before leaving this location. The second pasta had sauce. Not extra but it did have some sauce at least.
