We stopped here on our way home from the beach. Spent about as much as we would for fast food and the food was 100 times better. My youngest got the kids shrimp, oldest got the bacon burger, husband got the country fried steak and I got the catfish with okra and turnip greens. Every single item was perfection. Greens can be hit or miss but these were truly delicious. Wish we had something like this closer to Birmingham! The place has such a country charm to it and everyone there...
Ya'lls staff was amazing, and so were the burgers. We showed up at the end of the day (last customers) didn't realize it was about to close. They treated us with the utmost respect. Fed us as they cleaned up for the night. I appreciate yall. We needed that after a 13-hour work day. I'll definitely be coming back!!
Wow was this place darn good! We recently moved to the area and have been venturing out trying new restaurants….this will honestly be one our top go-to’s. The food is incredible…all clocked fresh, all real food…nothing seems to be brought in frozen/prepared then microwaved/deep-fried…it’s ALL FRESH AND REAL!
The staff was very friendly and the cooks definitely hustle.
Will definitely be going back the try the whole menu over time!
