This place sucks pizza never got an ready always a wait at least 15-35 mins customer service is a joke was told to wait because they switching shifts with multiple people working at the time and the pizza is always under cooked or over cooked Need to retrain your employees oh that's right you can't keep non because every time I come it's a different crew Do better

The pizza is the quality you would expect from a little Caesars every time I get food at this location it is hot and decent but if you don’t get a hot and ready then you’re gonna be waiting 20 to 30 minutes when you could go down the street pay an extra $10 for way better pizza at Vitollis for around the same wait I don’t blame the employees because I believe it is understaffed. Do not come here if you are looking for a fast pizza. (Except for the hot and ready.)

The whole time they are playing on their phones. I use to work here 8 years ago and we busted ass. Takes them so long to have food that’s hot and ready to get ready.

The way the employees treat the customers is really awful. I placed my order online when i went to pick it up, the employee there told me my pizzas were already in the trash and that i had to pay for them again. I've been trying to contact customer service about this so they can be aware of how employees treat the customers here.

We called to make sure they had pizzas ready since we were right down the road. But the number we called took our order instead and we ended up waiting 10min for fresh pizzas to be made. Toss up on if this was good or not lol yes the food was hot outa the oven but we were in a bit of a hurry. This was in NO wa the fault of the store as the person we spoke to was not even in the building. The guy working was friendly and got us our order as quick as possible. I think next time we just won't call ahead lol 😂 unless we're 15min away that is 😉 Oh one thing the lady on the phone DID misunderstand though, we asked her for CHEESY breadsticks even emphasized the CHEESE part she assured us yes they would be CHEESY BREADSTICKS .... well ... they were not 😞 they were just naked fresh regular breadsticks but still good just not cheese like we asked for.
