First & foremost, they do not publish a phone number to the restaurant…can’t call & speak with manager as to WHY I have debit card charge on my account that should NOT be there…phone just rings to some voicemail somewhere that doesn’t even identify who/where you’re calling!
Also, the customer service on drive thru at 640 AM, 12/23/25 was HORRIBLE! Will NOT return to this local Robertsdale location again, nor any McD’s unless a last resort!
staff need to improve there customer service skills, insted of address the situation on a well manner, the young girl and the young manager start argue, I ask for a refund because they fail to provide what was order, they refuse to provided with the customer service number. the worst part thevyoung manager call the police . this was outvof line, just wantvmyvitem or refund.. worst customer service.
