Every single time I’ve tried to get ice cream from here the ice cream machine is somehow broken or not working properly.. there’s no way for the past year the machine has been broke 🙄🙄. I was also polite about getting my refund and they just acted annoyed the whole time.. like it’s not their job?? I’ve been here many times and some of the workers are nice and great but a lot of them are just snobby and have attitudes. I seen the way one of the workers was talking to another costumer.. honestly.. do better.

Its amazing how, 1 customer in the dining room, 2 cars in the drive thru...order via mobile app, waited 19 mins and I still recieved half cooked fries and a burger bun hard as a brick as if I has been sitting in the warmer ALL DAY. If I wasn't stopping for a quick bite on my way to work, id take it back! Mc Donald's as a entire brand is not the same.

If I could give this no stars I would. I ordered a iced Caramel Macchiato, sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle (which they got wrong and put bacon on it), and a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and it tasted like it had been sitting for a few days and then heated up in a microwave. The coffee tasted like straight water and a hint of maybe milk or dishwater, not sure at this point. It was definitely Not worth my $15. I’m incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied. I will absolutely not be going back and will not be recommending.

Really horrible place. Needs to shut down. Cause today they were open went to the drive thru and they said we're closed. 🙄 my son loves the ice cream and kids meals so it's really sad. He can never get the ice cream always go across to burger king. Since McDonald's doesn't exist. They really should close.

Uncaring employees and sub par food that's sloppily made. Everyone's happy to stand around while you order your food yourself and when you get it, sloppy wrapped, cold, fries not even filled up. Just sad business. Can't take orders without manager fingerprint, yet they are nowhere to be found. Wouldn't recommend this location

This place is terrible. The workers go sit in their car and smoke instead of serving. It's very common to pull up, get told to wait, then never hear from anyone. Day ti.e is not too bad but night time is really bad. I went there tonight and all the workers were in the parking lot hanging out and acting stupid. One lady was inside and she served no one. Management, please fix this.

The guy at the drive through window was very rude, the food was awful. Bun was hard and chewy like the burger had been sitting for a while in the warmer. And worst of all they couldn't make shakes but that's ok because the fries were old and cold as well. Just plain yuck!

It could be more upbeat. Food was cooked special as to my order. Was good , tasty and hot. Staf was friendly and quick. Inside and praking lot was clean. Bathroom needed only slight attention. I told someone at front counter and they went back to it pretty quickly. Manager seemed to be involved by running out food to the people waiting at drive thru or whereever.
