DRIVE THE EXTRA 20 MINUTES FOR BETTER SERVICE, LITERALLY ANYWHERE! If you go after school hours, on a weekday, it's fully staffed by ignorant, rude children. If you go at all on a weekend, you get awful service. Nobody listens to you ordering, you're rushed and the employees are impatient. We've given this McDonald's so many chances and they continue to show us how much worse they can be. Honestly needs to be shut down. It's a trashy place, with trashy employees, who don't respect others and don't value their job.

Even though they were severely understaffed they were extremely considerate and gave as prompt service as they could. You could tell they were working their behinds off but they still have us great service with a smile.

First I want to say I try not to go to this mcdonalds bc we are almost always let down but its always so easy to leave a bad review and hardly anyone takes the time to leave a good one so today thats what im doing. I want to commend how well they handled my family today with all the different things we asked for. Most important one being the carmel frappe my boys and I were extremly excited about. At first I was told no they can't substitute bc the machine was down so we ordered sprites. However, upon arriving at the window, I was told that the machine had just gotten cleaned up and if I wanted to wait a few minutes they would bring them to me. I do believe some of this also has to do with how we treat others and if we're polite and greatful no matter what then it makes it easier on these people who deal with kids and jerks all day to recieve that energy and reciprocate it. So I definitely want to thank Jason for taking the time to clean and put the machine back to together for my family bc it really made our night!
However, the food is and will probably always be mediocre and lukewarm but we know that going into it. I can't give a review on how the atmosphere looked on the inside but I can say from the outside everything was picked up, seamed tidy and everyone we saw had smiles on their faces! So were thankful for today's experience and due to this I will go back sooner than later!! Im going to leave a review on the reciept for corporate to see as well bc it does matter alot to these workers when they get a pat on the back from time to time rather than always ridiculed! So I think we as the roberstdale community could all do better!happy holidays

Ever since they sold this store they have gone down hill. Service is crap they can’t get orders right. The only reason my family comes here once in a blue moon is out of convenience and hope something might have gotten better other wise we would go to foleys or loxleys location.

Ordered a Bacon McDouble, 2 Medium Fries, a Chicken Big Mac, a Happy Meal, 2 Cokes, and a Sprite. Received 1 Medium Fry and 1 Small Fry. No Bacon on the Bacon McDouble, the Sprite was out so I received soda water, and no toy in the Happy Meal (so great when my 4 year-old opens his box to no toy!) We also received no napkins, but hey when they have already messed the order up so much, why would they think to include napkins? Save yourself the frustration and drive five mins longer to the Loxley location.

As usual at this McDonalds, the food was lukewarm. Service is always good. What I want to say though is McDonalds, overall, has DEFINITELY redesigned their products to charge you more while you get less of everything. Their sandwiches are definitely not as big as they once were. The buns are not normal sized buns, the burgers are less than and everyone knows it... now, fix it, McDonalds.

Went today 10/30 to grab a quick lunch, we had to order on the automated order screen, we turned around to pay bc we had cash, and noticed the register had a sign on it saying that we needed to pay with card, all we had was cash so we turned to the lady standing there and asked if we could cancel our order and she just started being very rude yelling at us she didn’t care that we had to go thru the drive thru. We were like okay no problem went thru the drive and the lady got so rude and our whole order was completely wrong, food was cold. Shittiest service I’ve ever had.
