I Love the Food and Deals Online but the Wait sometime can be up to 30 minutes this happened in Robertsdale the service in Bay Minette is much faster

I've eaten at Sonic before but it's been a long time. We were on the road and decided to give it a shot. The food at this location was so bad we threw it in the trash and went elsewhere. It was terrible. I can't even describe all the things that were wrong.

When I pulled up to the kiosk, I pushed the red button to order. The screen showed “red button activated. We’ll be with you soon.” How I wish that were true. I waited for about ten minutes to order, thinking that perhaps they were understaffed. After ten minutes of total silence, I pressed the red button again. A moment later a female employee said through the speaker “Sorry my system’s down.” And hung up. She did not see fit to explain how long it might be before she could take our order. We’re on our way to Wendy’s now.

Every time I come here I am waiting in line forever. Today asked for 3 shakes and blasts with no whip and all of them had whip cream. I got a chocolate chip cookie dough blast and it had so much chocolate syrup I was not interested in eating it. Pretty sure it was made wrong because I’ve never had chocolate syrup added before. There was also tons of cash laying in the counter instead of the register… an employee can rip that money off.

Update: second visit... Went to drive thru at 10:11pm, got to speaker and was told one min, after 6min waiting with no other response I left.
Original: I just stopped by at 3:19 p.m. and apparently they are closed...

Everytime I’ve went to this sonic it takes forever to get your food which will usually be cold by the time you get it and the last few times they were “drive thru only” will not be returning this location is pathetic

Any time we've stopped here after going to the beach they mess up our order, dont have stuff or are super slow ... go to DQ down the road ... only good sonic in baldwin county is spanish fort location .

The service was awful, waited at the drive-thru 15 minutes no service. Pull up front and waited for another 15 minutes then they told me they were only doing drive-thru service so I left. These people only want a paycheck they don't want to work they're lazy

This is the 3rd time I have tried to order the .99 cents slushes. Everytime it tells me temporarily unavailable. But last Tuesday there was no issue. Why can't I get it on Monday when the promotion is on?
