I came in about 30 minutes to close tonight. There was only one worker. He was absolutely amazing and I feel like he went above and beyond. My food was fresh my food was good and he was honest. He 100% deserves praise or raise. I wasn't able to get a name but he was blondish.
Whoever is managing this establishment needs to give this guy some reward.

I was questioning the total amount to the one employee. He handed my shake to me, and it was a mess all over the 🥤. He did not care. Their was another employee inside smoking 🚬 or vape. A very young male manager was at the window. I tried to talk to him about the individuals. He was laughing about and did not care. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THEIR AGIAN.

Tried to get ice cream at this location 3 times in the last 60 days and the machine is always broken or they are out of shake mix. Doesn’t make sense with the place the specialization is shakes and ice cream.

Sonic stole $15 from me and won’t reimburse me. Ordered food online, went to pick it up at the stall no one ever came out. After 20 minutes I went to and knocked on the door. Several employees stared at me for a minute then someone finally came to help me. The person who gave me my food informed me that they were out of half the things I ordered. Said I had to call corporate to get a refund. Here we are a month later, multiple calls later, escalated all the way up to the district manager and was promised a call back two weeks ago and nothing. Yes it’s only $15 but I had to go spend more money to feed us since no replacements were offered.. so a $30 trip to sonic ended up costing much more. I hadn’t been here in years due to its bad reputation and I certainly won’t be returning. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

This place is a joke! The franchise owner should be ashamed! 2 mornings in a row I came to the drive thru for only a bag of ice. No one answered the speaker call. After 5 minutes I drove up to the window. I could see a girl inside. She never came to the window. Finally I drove away. 2 mornings in a row same thing. A joke!!

Sonic's Ultimate Breakfast Burrito is VERY Good!! I tried mine with Groovy Fries this morning and LOVED it! I also tried one of the $0.99 Breakfast Burritos. They are also pretty good for their size, but be fore warned........TINY! And Sonic's Route44 French Vanilla Iced Coffee just hits better than all the rest! GREAT WORK Robertsdale Sonic Crew!!
