I ordered a chicken, bacon foot long, White cheese's, toasted. I Said NO Mayo! Not only did you put mayo on it you loaded It on! Why is it so hard not to add something on it? I was the lady on the cellphone.. Give my order of what to put on it. I've been sick and have not eaten any food in 3 or 4 days, so thanks for nothing..... I hope you do better on other peoples sub's If not **** so long..

we've been eating here since they've been open , and always great service and subs, last night was no exception , i had my wife pick me up, one of the blitz teriyaki steak subs with extra assorted peppers and black olives, i hadn't had one yet, it was fantastic, we are senior citizens and i usually don't commit online about anything , but i just want to thank whomever made that sub , it was perfect, thank you ,the best ive ever had , m.m.

I eat at subway quite a bit but usually go to the one inside Walmart except today and I shouldn't have. Ordered a chicken protein bowl with extra chicken and it definitely wasnt worth the 14$ no extra chicken and missing half the stuff. Also got 2 footlong turkey subs with extra turkey tho they didn't have extra turkey.

My husband was an employee there and got sick with Covid. He quarantine for five days and was told by a doctor to wear a mask five days after being quarantine. The owner saw him wearing a mask and said that he is not going to be wearing a mask working in his restaurant and either take the mask off or lose his job. Well, he lost his job because he refused to get someone sick.

Went in the evening time the manager was still there she was very helpful and nice and the same for her employees food look good and when I got home sandwich was nice and good in the big plus was that they still took the coupons in the Robertsdale location thanks

First, when a customer walks into your restaurant, you should acknowledge them when they walk in.My wife and I stopped for a take home meal. As we walked through the door, there was no acknowledgement. Not a huge deal. We then stood at the counter for a few minutes before anything was said to us.During this time the two young girls behind the counter proceeded to set up 6-7 buns for an order prep. At this time, we were told there were 3 to go orders that needed to be made before they could get to us.Ok. Again, not a huge issue. But at this point, BOTH employees began working on the orders. As a former manager in food service, my solution would have been to have one prep the orders while the other takes the current customers order and preps it.Unfortunately, we decided to take our business elsewhere as did the gentleman behind us. Their response was "Sorry" as we took our money elsewhere. I'm guessing lack of training or management led to this debacle and should be addressed to better serve your customers.
