My problem with this Subway is their delivery service. They go through DoorDash or something. And when you order through the website they are continuously getting your orders wrong. I’ve had delivery people to even steal my food. Unfortunately the workers cannot do anything about it or will not do anything about it? The problem is every time I try to order through the website they keep sending my orders to this particular sorry Subway for delivery.

I dont know this girls name, but she had short hair with bangs and it was dyed.
She was absolutely incredible, she took the big stems off the spinach without us asking, she served us with a smile and went above and beyond for us. She was working alone it seemed today but she handled it with grace while also holding conversation and being polite.
This girl made us want to come back later!

My husband was an employee there and got sick with Covid. He quarantine for five days and was told by a doctor to wear a mask five days after being quarantine. The owner saw him wearing a mask and said that he is not going to be wearing a mask working in his restaurant and either take the mask off or lose his job. Well, he lost his job because he refused to get someone sick.

Not the first issue for sure. I got the simplest sandwiches just meat and cheese and two condiments and somehow still wrong. The monster has steak, cheese, bacon and ranch as the base. Turkey titan has wait for it... TURKEY, and cheese. But I got sweet onion teriyaki chicken chunks instead and my other had not a speck of bacon on a 14 dollar sandwich so that's a little cheese and steak. How stupid can you be that you can't put 4 things on some bread or one of two things, who doesn't know what turkey looks like?? So now I have disappointed and hungry teenagers and I live too far to drive back. I love tipping people but I've cut way back because of things like this. We are all strapped already. This place is done for.

I went in to order 3 foot longs and a 6in while my subs were coming out the toaster and I started dressing the first 2 a short heavier set dirty blonde hair lady came from the back and started to ring my items up and I told her to hang on a sec that I had 2 coupons and needed the items rang up separately she said very rudely no you can only use 1 coupon per visit and I said actually it's 1 coupon per transaction and she continued to say this os why I can't stand yall always trying to find loop holes and I asked the nice lady that was dressing my subs is she always this rude then the lady ripped up my coupon and thew it in the trash and went to the back then made the nice lady dig through the trash to piece back together my coupon
I got food poisoning from this subway and missed 3 days of work. They don’t keep up with expiration dates apparently…?

This was absolutely the BEST Subway I have ever visited. My sandwich was amazing and my sandwich artist was great! She didn't smush my bread and I didn't have to beg for black olives. That is huge to me. I didn't get her name but the time stamp on my receipt is 8:54:17. Give that girl a raise ... She is an asset. Thanks from me and the pups!
