I stop by this station every morning around 4:30 to get coffee sometimes around 5:30 as well and it is always hit or miss if there is coffee made. 6 containers and only one with coffee. I can see in a rush but this is too early to be out! When asked what was going on with the coffee, the girl behind the food counter shrugged saying I dont know and turned back around. This place lacks good management!!

Stopped in to get a smoothie and a bowl late tonight and it took them 20 minutes to prepare my order. As someone with years of food service experience I’m a pretty lenient understanding person but there was no reason for it to take that long. There were 4 people total in there waiting for food all of them got there after my order had been placed and I watched them get their food before me while one of the employees just talked to the other from across the kitchen. It wasn’t until the one at the register noticed me standing there with an annoyed look on my face, she asked if I was waiting for an order. It isn’t hard to prioritize orders based on time they’ve been placed it’s elementary level stuff. The food was good even though the things I ordered on the side weren’t given to me “partially my bad because I didn’t wanna spend 30 minutes at a gas station at 1am” but when your job is food service maybe prioritize speed a bit more.

I come in here very frequently for a refreshment after my long days, however, on multiple occasions there is this ear piercing, degrading, diabolical, screeching, beeping sound at the cash registers. it is so freaking loud i start choking on my precious refreshment! with that being said i will be back but please make the sound stop its in my nightmares ty

Stopped in on Saturday and got 2 hoagies, a drink and gas and have had bad stomach issues since. Will never eat at Robersdale AL Wawa again. Thanks

I love Wawa but this Wawa in Robertsdale is the worst. They are always under staffed no matter when you are there. I waited almost an hour to get someone to refill the iced coffee.
