Be careful when you go here, one of the employees here will electronically copy your debit card. They bought a pair of $200 Jordan's on my card. DO NOT let them out of your sight with your card or only pay in cash.

Went to the Robertsdale Wendy’s on September 17 my card was charged twice for $5.99 I didn’t receive a receipt and I almost drove off without them giving me my card back ..I called the store to tell them about this double charge they gave me what a sounded like a rehearsed script about how I need to talk to their GM he knows how to explain what’s going on..so when I did talk to him he proceeds to tell me that because of some invisible bad weather I had no knowledge of that their systems was knocked off line and it’s charging people twice he told me out of his 25 years working with Wendy’s the second charge always fall off.. so I believed him and the next day low and behold I was officially charged twice ..when I called the store again to tell them about the charge they gave me another scripted line to call the GM again🙄😤..so I did he PRETENDED he was shocked stating he never saw this happen in his 25 years and that they can’t give refunds in the store he has to call his finance department to investigate because some people “LIE” his words..than he tells me to text him proof I was charged twice which all I can show him was a bank statement because they didn’t give me a receipt and still to this date September 27 I heard nothing from him or the finance team of a refund..words of advise of you’re using a debit card check your bank statements especially if they don’t give you a receipt at this store because everything sounded scripted like they have done this to many people and know what to say and how to give you a run around ..the GM needs to be investigated sounds like some internal theft going on

I tried calling the restaurant back and it's not closed but you get the fax machine anyways I placed an order online with specific items and you don't get my order right I mean are your employees illiterate if they are they shouldn't be working the drive-thru. I mean this is a continuous ongoing thing every time I order from this place they always screw my order up I mean is the language and the pictures in Spanish or some other form of language that your employees don't understand I would like to be refunded my whole entire order over this . I was supposed to get spicy nuggets saucy nuggets with my order didn't get those I got regular on soft the child's kids Burger was a cheeseburger and didn't have the cheese on it. I ordered two of the bacon double stack biggie meals neither double stack had bacon on it.

Everything was dirty and sticky. Countertops were gross and sticky, feet stuck to the tile and the carpet. Yes, we still ate there. The food was good and hot.

The workers were playing at the window. Order two 10 piece nuggets and got 7 and 8 in my order. They can't count to 10 obviously. They were not teenagers they were grown women. Shame on them.
