Ordered Buffalo Blu Zalad, came with grilled chicken not fried no buffalo sauce, asked for bbq sauce at window and the young lady was rude. I offered to trade out sauce or pay for extra, she got a attitude like we were an inconvenience. Very uncommon for this place usually very friendly,

They get something wrong with every order I've placed in the past 2 years from the Robertsdale Zaxby's. Here's my last couple of tries: - They forgot the chicken tenders in the Kiddie Finger meal. - They didn't put chicken in BOTH of the grilled chicken zalads I ordered. - We waited 58 minutes for our food and when we finally received it, it was COLD. - They've given me boneless wings who knows how many times when I order traditional, and have gotten the flavor wrong on numerous occasions. - They forgot the fries with the meal I ordered in drive-thru. The list goes on and on. Do they even check the food before they send it out?? They can't possibly be. It's only THIS LOCATION too. The Foley location is outstanding, it's worth the extra few minutes to get there.

The fries were over done but warm. The snak chicken were frail and thin. All breading as shown in pictures. Bread was dry. Not sure what happened as there were people in store.

Assured me it was all there. But I didn't even get my French fries with my meal.

Pulled up in the parking lot and watched a zaxbys employee smoking and on the phone
Went to the drive through at 8:30, lady told me to wait a moment. Waited 20 mins then just left because I got tired of waiting. Lady wasn't rude tho so service 2 star

The Avocado Ranch Tacos are my absolute favorites. The House Salad and Zax Snack are good also. They have the best Tea ever. While the food is good, the floors were sticky or slick and service was extremely slow causing food to be cold when you get it. I think they need more help. I went 4 times with the same results before I wrote this.
