Pulled up in the parking lot and watched a zaxbys employee smoking and on the phone
Went to the drive through at 8:30, lady told me to wait a moment. Waited 20 mins then just left because I got tired of waiting. Lady wasn't rude tho so service 2 star

The Avocado Ranch Tacos are my absolute favorites. The House Salad and Zax Snack are good also. They have the best Tea ever. While the food is good, the floors were sticky or slick and service was extremely slow causing food to be cold when you get it. I think they need more help. I went 4 times with the same results before I wrote this.

Super clean and such nice service! The lady who took our order was exceptionally kind and helpful with the selections on the salad menu today. Our meal was perfect!
The difference here, adults are running the place, not teenagers. Even the drink machines, ice, napkins, condiment area was super clean: organized and well stocked.
We will always come back. Very busy at lunch, and I can see why! Excellent Zaxby’s location! Thank you.

The worse zaxbys in Baldwin County
Dizzapointed in the house zalad. If they would just peel off that nasty outer lettuce leaf it would be much better. Staff is nice but the salad needs improvement.
Giving 4 stars because they always forget the chocolate milks and Bring back the milkshakes they were so good ?

We just ate inside and while waiting on our order, a RAT dropping fell from the ceiling onto our table. Do not eat here!
I went through the drive thru tonight around 7:30. Very fast service for 3 meals I ordered. Susan was a pleasure working the drive thru. Sue was so sweet, Told me where everything was in my bag and got it right. She is a great asset to your team Zaxbys!

The cooks never wash their hands even after the restroom. The assistant managers are hateful , disrespectful, lazy and are gangster. They will watch an elderly chock on piss infected chicken fingers and fries. And I did love me some Zaxbys before this store.
