Jacks does not pay attention to detail. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and got a sausage biscuit and was charged for the sausage egg and cheese biscuit that I didn’t get. This has happened multiple times.
This has got to be the worst run restaurant in Russellville, out of all my years living here I have not once complained about a business in this town but this place is the worst. Slow about getting food out making people wait long periods while they talk and play before waiting on them and not very clean one day they will realize without customers there will be no restaurant. I hope it gets fixed before they make someone sick. I will not support this place anymore.
I went to jacks this morning for breakfast and they messed up my entire order and when I called three times they didn’t answer once.
