Usually very good but 3/28/2024 they had someone really rude working the drive through. I know they may have been stressed cause it was dinner time / a rush hour but a female voice asked me to hold on twice then this male voice came on the phone and very rudely said ,”are you ready to order ma’am?” Hateful voice and I matched his energy with yeah I was waiting someone asked me to hold. I know every one in the building can hear the person on the speaker so please have them try not to be rude. I was going to order some drinks but I was over whelmed and worried cause the hateful man on the speaker seemed to be rushing me for my order to be done with. Not nice. ?

I went through the drive-through. I spent 15 minutes in the drive-through line, but I understand that sometimes people have big orders. When I got to the window, I waited five minutes no one opened the window, no one took my credit card, no one acknowledged me. All I ordered was a Diet Dr Pepper. I ended up leaving because no one seemed to be working at all.

Have applied for a manager position. I got emails filled out everything we needed to feel. I'll then it said no replies, another email saying. Do you still want the job well? Yes, but how can I reply and calling Jack's? Is restaurant does not answer the phone or animated? Hello Earth.
