No one in the restaurant. Yet waited to get order taken for 15min, then when order came out it was given to someone else, had to wait another 15 min...then checked my order and it was wrong. Will never go back to that Jack's again!Special note...guy kept removing his hat, wiping his brow then touching food!!
Food was good, service was also. They've got some new help so it took a minute to get my order. It was lunchtime. Don't know about dinner though. Hot, fresh food is always worth the wait!Wheelchair accessibility: Have wheelchair access on both sides of the building.

Usually very good but 3/28/2024 they had someone really rude working the drive through. I know they may have been stressed cause it was dinner time / a rush hour but a female voice asked me to hold on twice then this male voice came on the phone and very rudely said ,”are you ready to order ma’am?” Hateful voice and I matched his energy with yeah I was waiting someone asked me to hold.
