I understand the high cost of everything these days, but under batched over cooked chicken to save money wont sell. Cooking smaller batches without adjusting cook times just ruins your reputation. The last 3 times i stopped there it was over cooked burnt up chicken not fit for consumption. Gotta do better or you'll go by the wayside as all the others.
My wife order an 8 piece meal with a large Mac and a large potato/gravy from the Russellville, AL store. Had to drive all the the way from Haleyville too. Get home and it’s a large cold slaw. Then they don’t answer the phone so I called Russell Springs, Kentucky’s KFC and they are submitting the complaint for us.
over the last month i ate at Russellville KFC 3 times all 3 times the order was wrong.
Today was the worst. time was around 6:30 p.m. i ordered a 3 piece with one side to share with soneone else. i recieved only 2 pieces. a wing and a breast . the breast had no skin /crust had been taken off and looked like someone took a bite out. overall all of it was cold. i will not be returning. This was discusting to say the least.
