We went through the drive-through. The food was exceptionally good. Some of the nuggets and fries were dumped at the bottom of the bag. A little attention to detail and an extra 3 to 4 seconds could have made this a 5 star review. A

The food is never bad here but it’s not uncommon for an order to take 10, 15, 30 minutes if they’re any kind of busy.
Definitely still better than most fast food in Russellville, but there are much more efficient locations that respect your time with proper staffing.

I like this Wendy's better than most. They have the chocolate frosty more often than not. Some Wendy's are out of chocolate frosties a lot. I've noticed that they have the same employees for a long time. They mostly get the order right. If not, it's corrected without a fuss.
