“I enjoy the food and atmosphere. I don't like that we tip the cashiers.

Maybe it's not required, but I don't think we should be asked. The cashier is right there and knows whether we tip and how much. It is awkward to put no tip.

I always tip servers at least 15%. They are going back and forth to our table, checking that the food is good, if we need anything, etc.“

“We ordered the famous bowl, We ordered it before, and the food was really good. But it was not much corn in hardly any chicken. I don't know if they have a set qty of chicken & corn they have to add now.. BUT KFC. You need to add more chicken and more corn to your famous bowl. It used to be really good. Now it's just mash ?“
