“I enjoy the food and atmosphere. I don't like that we tip the cashiers.

Maybe it's not required, but I don't think we should be asked. The cashier is right there and knows whether we tip and how much. It is awkward to put no tip.

I always tip servers at least 15%. They are going back and forth to our table, checking that the food is good, if we need anything, etc.“

“The order taker, Iryon, was not very pleasant. I ordered a chicken sandwich, no mayo (the sign on the drive thru speaker said “chicken sandwich special $3.99”. I added fries and a Dr Pepper. When I got to the window the order was a total of $9.67 including 88 cents tax. I guess the regular size fries and medium drink were $4.80 more. She took my money, gave me my drink and asked me to pull into a parking space. There was no one behind me (I think they trick the time tracker on the drive thru). After a long wait (I thought they had forgotten me) an employee brought out my sandwich and fries and did apologize for the long wait. If the order had been wrong or the fries cold they would have gotten a lower score.“
