The order taker, Iryon, was not very pleasant. I ordered a chicken sandwich, no mayo (the sign on the drive thru speaker said “chicken sandwich special $3.99”. I added fries and a Dr Pepper. When I got to the window the order was a total of $9.67 including 88 cents tax. I guess the regular size fries and medium drink were $4.80 more. She took my money, gave me my drink and asked me to pull into a parking space. There was no one behind me (I think they trick the time tracker...read full review
They need more then two workers in there
Stood at the counter while the cashier lady played on her phone . After a moment I finally spoke up and said what I wanted....

KFC is a restaurant where customers can expect varying experiences. While some appreciate the excellent customer service, others have been disappointed with their meals. The famous bowl, once a favorite, has reportedly decreased in quality with too little chicken and corn. Meanwhile, hot wings have been served refried and fatty, and fries can be inconsistent in quality. Despite these issues, some menu items still shine, but overall, consistency seems to be a challenge.
