Went through drive thru. Was told it would be 15 minutes for my order. Pulled up and parked to wait. Three cars behind me get their food and leave. I sat there for 30 minutes. Got home. Food is greasy almost burnt and barely had any meat on the pieces of chicken.

We ordered the famous bowl, We ordered it before, and the food was really good. But it was not much corn in hardly any chicken. I don't know if they have a set qty of chicken & corn they have to add now.. BUT KFC. You need to add more chicken and more corn to your famous bowl. It used to be really good. Now it's just mash ?

This Saraland store is the absolute worst I've ever been to!! 2 time straight, (one week apart) they served me a disaster!!! Last weekend I ordered a 4pc,"3 thighs-1wing", extra biscuit, got home, no wing and no biscuit. Tonight I ordered a 3pc thigh and extra biscuit. Got home and my thighs were burnt and dried out and the biscuits were hard as cement!! This time I called and spoke to the manager about how this is the 2nd straight time something has happened with my order. She told me that it's nothing she can do unless I come back to the store with the order, I told her that's it's pouring down rain and I had just gotten off from working 10rs when I had stopped by there and could I stop by the next night when I get off. She told me no, that it had to be tonight or nothing!!! Me being a Chef realize that things happen in the foodservice industry but this is unacceptable!!!! Never again.....??

I just got home form your store in Saraland with my order which was 2 three piece dinners with mashed potatoes and green beans in both . When I got home I had 2 three piece chicken strips one with green beans and one with mashed potatoes. I was very disappointed.

Bought the hot Wings, hot wings tasted like they had been refried, wasn't crispy and fatty. Fries were good until I got to the middle, tasted old. Diet Pepsi tasted like water. I wish some of these managers would do the work if workers aren't doing their job, things have really gone down at some os these establishments. Also if they would throw away old fries instead of mixing them with the hot ones, that's aggravating.

Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich combos and 1 classic and took 40 minutes to get order and it was not correct. I got 2 classic combos and one spicy. I had to tell lady in drive thru my order 3 times and they still didn’t get it right! They told me when ordered would take 8 minutes and I said ok then she cane to my car and said gonna take a few more than what they told me. 40 minutes later but when i called inside the store it was ready at that moment!

Don’t use the drive thru if you are in a hurry. Took 20 minutes to get my order when I was the only car. At least the food was hot and tasty when it finally got to me

We order from here weekly. Tonight was the worst we've had. Original recipe was very greasy with grease floating in bottom of bucket. We got another combo of a leg and thigh. It was geasy also. Tonight was an off night but we were still disappointed.
