First off, I don't understand how anyone could leave a bad review on Fuji Buffet. The variety of food and atmosphere here are far superior to any other Chinese restaurant in the area. The food is always fresh and hot when we visit, and the variety, especially the sushi, is always great! They also have crab legs on the dinner buffet and crawfish, which seem to be a hit! My absolute favorites are the crab ragoon’s (which I believe are homemade and FANTASTIC) ,rice noodles (lunch time only), pepper chicken, and sushi. The staff is also incredible! My daughter (who is 2) loves the lady working the register and the lady server as well. They always acknowledge her and give her hugs and knuckles when we come to eat. Sometimes my daughter will grab her hand and walk with the server lady to the table. The price is a little higher than, say, Semmes Chinese Buffet, but with the freshness, taste, and variety, it's worth it!

It was great atmosphere when they first got going but now I feel like any time I go it's a rush to leave due to the staffs overwhelming glances. Two times, same trip me and my kids when we got up and our waiter said bye.. like what. The food is decent (not a lot of selection) although the sushi bar isn't something to brag about. I'd recommend the noodles fried rice shrimp (is spicy but that's my thing) fried fish nuggets and the crab ragoons. Forgot to mention price is crazy..me 3 kids $50 Im glad I didn't leave a tip she wasn't tentative or nice at all. To go plate I made about a month ago was $18 I was shocked. Don't think I'll be going back.

I was delightfully surprised the first time I visited Fuji Buffet at the taste of their food. I have tried most of the other Chinese restaurants in the area and only Fiji Buffet gives me the taste I desire. For many years another restaurant on Airport Blvd where the Deer is located was my favorite. But ever since it sold/went down/closed, I have been searching for another Chinese restaurant to satisfy my craving. Fuji Buffet is the one. The buffet is limited but surprisingly offers a great selection including a wide variety of fresh sushi. I love the crab rangoon! There are two soup offerings. I also I like General Tso's chicken and sesame chicken. Sweet and sour chicken and broccoli beef are also on the bar. I've just touched on a few that are my favorites but there are many choices. And don't forget several desert choices including ice cream. Take out? Absolutely! They have a large menu with 28 combination platers for only $8:95 that's large enough for both my wife and I to share. Service is good for a buffet and the ambiance is satisfactory. Well, if you can't tell, we really like Fuji Buffet and hope they are a success in Saraland for many years to come. Thanks, Don
