First off, I don't understand how anyone could leave a bad review on Fuji Buffet. The variety of food and atmosphere here are far superior to any other Chinese restaurant in the area. The food is always fresh and hot when we visit, and the variety, especially the sushi, is always great! They also have crab legs on the dinner buffet and crawfish, which seem to be a hit! It was great atmosphere when they first got going but now I feel like any time I go it's a rush to leave due to the staffs overwhelming glances. Two times, same trip me and my kids when we got up and our waiter said bye.. like what. The food is decent (not a lot of selection) although the sushi bar isn't something to brag about. I was delightfully surprised the first time I visited Fuji Buffet at the taste of their food. I have tried most of the other Chinese restaurants in the area and only Fiji Buffet gives me the taste I desire. For many years another restaurant on Airport Blvd where the Deer is located was my favorite.
