$46.16. It was round like a cookie or pizza and it tasted like warmed up cookie dough that desperately needed more butter and chocolate chips. Terrible! There are other places to get this cookie cake (that makes no sense sigh) so read reviews before ordering. Did I mention $46.16? Ordered for party on May 9, 2026. I gave 2 star as the decorations were good.

Great American Cookies in Saraland has a dedicated manager, Brandy, who goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Despite a mix-up with a cookie cake order, Brandy took it upon herself to make things right and saved a birthday party. Another customer had a frustrating experience with an online order mix-up but was pleasantly surprised when the manager personally addressed the issue and provided excellent service. However, there were some negative experiences with delays in opening and customer service at the store. Overall, Great American Cookies is a place where the manager's dedication shines through, making it a worthwhile visit for those looking for delicious treats and exceptional customer service.
