Yesterday I posted the following review. When I went today, to pick up my order, I was very pleased. The manager introduced herself and expressed her concern about what happened yesterday. She was genuinely apologetic and I could not be more pleased with my order and the service. Thank you so very much for helping me and realizing the need of your customers. For a company that specializes in cookies you would think they sold the best ones out there. Bought 5 different flavor cookies, all of them were basic. Subway cookies are 10 times better. How?
