This store needs better leadership Management has no idea what they are doing or how to run a business
I placed my order over the last phone. When I get to the restaurant, Nothing . It wasn’t put in by the agent. So I order again in person. I was told to come back in 30 minutes so I did. I went back in 35 minutes. Guess what? No pizza. Wasted my time trying to order . Here’s the kicker: the girl who “took” my order was at the window when I returned. She say, “wait a minute “. Never comes back but lets someone else tell me she screwed up! This was my last visit!!
I tried to go to this location today at 12:15 and the door was locked and nobody seemed to be working, as it looked like the lights were off in the back nor did they come to the window. There was no sign on the window or anything, though they were supposed to have opened at 10a. Calling only got me sent to a call center of some sort, rather than the location. There were several people waiting or left when we told them nobody seemed to be there.
