They put lettuce in my Bacon King, as well as had my burger refunded and both times only had one piece of cheese. The fries, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks were all cold. Customer service wasn't bad but whoever is on their board, grill and fry stain need to be retrained.
Honestly it's hit or miss food and service here. I visited today 10/21/2023 around 6:15 and initially was handed a bag missing my onion rings. When I asked for them she asked for the bag back where it sat in the back for 20+ minutes while they presumably made the onion rings with no explanation or update. I received the bag back with the onion rings dumped on the bottom and a sandwich (warm) and fries (cold) on the top. Very weird.I air fried the fries at home and contemplated...read full review

They are always out of certain items. The food is always cold and made incorrectly. We will never be back to this location. It took 28 minutes to get our food we ordered online in advance. And they still got it wrong. We threw it away and went elsewhere. Until they get it together I wouldn't recommend.
