Don't call the number listed here. You get Kabir on the other side of planet Earth for whatever reason. Your payment gets declined and you have to escalate to the actual Saraland store. The people who are actually dealing with my food and delivery. Now I feel like my account has been compromised. AMERICANS need your work. Stop being cheap. As a huge company that's been around for years this shouldn't be happening unless you expect to lose business. You don't need other countries handling your massive pizza ordering. Ridiculous. Close it. I should have known when I heard multiple patrons calling that their order was wrong, however, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. (Terrible mistake) the two pizzas I ordered came with only cheese while the receipt showed that I paid a greater cost for multiple toppings. Shut the doors. Remove the logo. What a shame.

I ordered my food on the telephone and it said it would be ready in 10 minutes so I waited 15 minutes in my car. however, when I got inside, they told me it would be another 5 to 7 minute wait because it was on the app but I didn’t order on the app I ordered on the phone. So when I finally got the food, I was disappointed to taste it. The pizza tasted like rubber. I don’t know if it was just a bad day for them, but I’m not so sure if I will come back again. This is the one in Saraland . To be honest , little Caesars taste better
