Stop in ordered pizza and wings started with 6 pc wings the hubby said make it 16 . The young woman taking order forgot to take the 6 off, she caught her mistake after we paid. She came over and told me what had happened and she showed me where she took them off and that the money was going back on the card we paid with.It is nice to deal with an honest person for a change.
I placed an order for carry out but my truck would not start. I called the store and the manager went above and beyond to get me my order! I can’t thank them enough. Best service hands down!!! I wish I knew her name! She was amazing.

Papa Johns Pizza offers a generally good experience, with the food being described as delicious. The staff at the Saraland location were fast and courteous in handling the orders. However, there were issues with the online ordering system, which resulted in the order being processed at a different location, leading to a frustrating experience. Overall, the Saraland store provided a positive experience, while the company as a whole could improve its online ordering and customer service processes.
