I'm pretty sure all you morons hating on Stoney's are not getting the full story from this employee "fired because she had cancer"...I'm sure she called in all the time, had no vacation or time left to use, or became quite unreliable. Wake up you idiots. A place of business does not need to keep someone on staff who can not perform their job. Alabama is an at-will state and can fire for any reason. If you don't understand that, move to California....but...
I have been going to Stoney’s over 20 years and I will continue to give my support to them. During this time I have seen the good bad and ugly. HOWEVER with the bad and ugly times (which have been very few) Tommy and Sheila (the owners) have done an exceptional job in balancing customer service and supporting their staff.

The waitresses are top notch. The owners actually care about their customers. The food is ALWAYS good. The steaks are the best you will ever eat. Every time I go here I get a 14oz ribeye on a hot plate. It may be a little out of the way, but I 10/10 recommend this place to eat with family and friends.
