The place all in all is just kinda blah. They do have some staff that get after it and make your visit not a bad one. But they also have some workers that don't care for their job too much. Food has always been so so at best!
Service was given 5 stars ONLY because of the manager on duty. The window employee was rude and rushed me to order. I had to get out of line and go inside to report the unprofessional service and reorder.
Food was great. Hot and fresh. However the attitude of the woman at the window with baby blue nails needs a listening ear and attitude adjustment. We all make mistakes but in the industry if you make a mistake don't make it the customers fault. Fix it and move it along. Especially if the customer isn't getting an attitude with you. Retrain them on customer service for that shift because prior to this visit I'd had nothing but great experiences.
