My dad is an older man. He could not hear very well. The lady in the drive through kept saying, what what so he upped his voice, then it was. It made known to us that we should go somewhere else. If we couldn't be any more polite, I think this was a manager saying this too. This is the last day of the year 2024, and it is 3:30 PM. The owners really need to get involved in this. If you've got managers telling your customers to go somewhere else. I'm pretty sure you guys don't have that. Many customers left anyway

I'd give the food a 5 if I got it all in my order but the rest sucks. The assistant manager James was rude when I called about missing items. When I came back for replacement Cailey Ann the cashier was rude as well as the manager about the burgers still not being made correctly the 3rd time. Cailey Ann turned her back on us as we were trying to correct the mistakes they were making and ignored us. They also don't have the health department score posted.

Just encountered a VERY rude employee working the drive thru window. There's no reason to be a ..... to ppl. Especially when all your job requires is to collect the money, give them change & their food. I wish I would've got your name so I could report her to the main office, the more I think about it, I could help her with her attitude. Food was good though!!

Never go here for food. Showed up at 7pm no customers in site. Been sitting in line for 15 minutes. I called they said they are very busy. I asked how many customers they have the lady hung up on me. The franchise needs to shut this down. Poor service and lied to.

Placed an order at 9:10. Arrived at 9:30. Food isn’t even ready. Already been waiting for 15 minutes. Two chicken sandwiches and two fries. Not complicated at all.
