Food was good, the employes were nice, and respectful. It's a chick-fil-a it looks like a chick-fil-a and operates like one. Food is always amazing 10/10 would recommend again.

The drive thru workers were backing cars up to the road. I simply suggested to let the cars move up rather than them walking backwards backing it up further. A worker told me rudely that she had it under control, which she did not. Then she brought my food out and said here’s a free gift for your wait. It was a sticker that said COW!!!!! It’s extremely offensive and I will be reaching out to Corporate as that is unacceptable

Thanks for leaving the Brownie I paid $2.25 for out my bag tonight. Is it really that hard to do? It’s CFA, I expect better. There wasn’t even anyone behind me in line, was it too much to ask for someone to check it before it got walked out the door? This kind of stuff use to never happen, and if it ever did someone was going hear about it and usually make it right, but today, this is just common place, happens all the time, nobody thinks twice about it anymore, and these places are full of younger kids and young adults, so what are we teaching these people now, really, what are we? I see this as a problem that’s not getting better but rather worse with time, that carries over into other jobs and places as time goes on, and if it’s not corrected at some point, then what? What does the next generation become? I understand that people make mistakes, but why does this kind of stuff keep happening over and over again across many different restaurants including the ones you least expect it from? Ok, so it’s $2.25, big deal right, well it’s not about the money to me, it’s about a much bigger problem. Let me simplify this, per my photo, I see not one but two check lists here, but yet something was still missed, a task that should be easily completed by a elementary age student, but we have juniors and seniors, early college age people working here, that can’t follow a simple check list? The worrying thing to all this is, CFA, or any other restaurant shouldn’t be the ones teaching these people how to follow a simple check list, this should be well learned by the time they can get a job there so, where in all of this does the problem exist and when are we going to start fixing it?

Me and my girlfriend got a chicken sandwich it was old and burnt it was disgusting it really was, I had mine on a pretzel bun that was cold. Not thinking of going here again anytime soon.

The food is good just like any other chick-fil-a. Service needs improvement. Some of the employees here seem rude and aren’t very eager to help. When dining in they never bring the sauces you order with your food. You have to return to the service counter to get your sauce. Orders can often be wrong or items missing. Drive through is also very slow even when you use the mobile through. Overall this location is okay but probably the worst location I have visited. It probably meets the standard of a McDonald’s or a Taco Bell, but not what you expect from a Chick-fil-A

I was here with a group and they have friendly staff and quick service
Just had nuggets from drive through...nuggets burnt to a crisp!! Usually eat 2 to 3 times a week from Scottsboro location. Nuggets are fresh cooked possibly one of those times! Only location that I have ever been to that does not provide fresh nuggets every time!!!

This is the absolute slowest Chick-fil-A in America. It doesn't matter if the place is empty. You are going to wait exceptionally longer the normal wait times of Chick-fil-A. Great people, and the food is good. The time frame for which you get your food is totally unacceptable.

We placed our order to go here and the employees were polite and professional.. the restaurant was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere.. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with waffle fries and I was surprised at just how spicy it was.. it's the first chicken sandwich I've ever had that didn't have mayonnaise on it and it was quite juicy and delicious.. the waffle fries on the other hand were kind of flabby and flavorless which was very disappointing..
