Nobody uses your stupid mobile ordering app. Run your drive thru without dedicating one line to the stupid app. Ridiculously slow.

Lesson learned trying to try something other than Zaxbys in Scottsboro. No bueno for me sorry, I know others swear by it but my experience differs.

Great newer facility, went for breakfast and ordered a spicy biscuit. It was great when I finally received it after 15/20 minutes. They were busy with catering orders but others received their food before me. There was something up with my order for some reason but it slipped through the cracks somewhere.

Dull staff, 20 minute wait with 4 cars, if i didn't wait 20 mins I would've just asked for a refund. No way out, mobile orders longer than drive-thru. By far worst Chick Fil A I've been to from FL to NY.

If you are in a hurry, don’t go! This is the slowest Chick-Fil-A that I have ever been to. I used mobile order and I’ve been sitting in the line for over 10 minutes. There’s no telling how long the car in front of me was waiting. She had to pull up to let the car behind get out of the line. Employees were really nice and the food was good. Just very slow.

TOO SLOW‼️‼️. Alway order ahead but this has to be the slowest drive-through ever been too we only stop occasionally due to wait in drive-through we ordered our food at 11:05am and sat in drive-through until 11:38… 33mins!! Only reason waited that long was already paid for it on app

I travel throughout the southeast and this seriously the worst, slowest location I have ever been to. When new, I was willing to give them some leeway, wrong drink order, slow service ( waited 30 minutes for my order) but a year or more later it hasnt changed.
My order printed on the bag was not the same as receipt regardless, both had un-sweetened tea. So I drive off, and what do I get? Sweetened tea. No big deal, right? Except, of course if you have a medical condition! I had to drive back, go in the store, and clearly the " shift manager" had no inclination about how certain dietary limitations and a WRONG ORDER can cause a medical emergency. She did a great job trying to keep me from a manager ( which she insisted there was no one other than herself who managed the whole store) until I asked for the Franchise owner's number. Then a manager did indeed come from out back. You need to educate the 16 year olds working at that place who dont understand that certain dietary issues, like for example diabetes, could cause a serious liability for your store when they arent paying attention.

I came in this morning in the lobby for breakfast. The sweetest lady was working the front. I'm pretty sure her name was Christi. She was all smiles and made a few jokes with me and honestly made my morning. Service was great and food came out super quick and order was correct which is hard to come about. Love this place.

I did a mobile order because supposedly it’s faster than going through the regular drive-thru but I waited over 11 minutes doing the mobile order and it seemed like the drive-thru was moving faster. So what is the point of doing a mobile order if you’re gonna wait longer than the regular drive-thru? I order one entrée that’s it… when I called to make sure that it wasn’t something on my end leader answered just saying that they’re short on staff and there was nothing that he could do about it
