I came in this morning in the lobby for breakfast. The sweetest lady was working the front. I'm pretty sure her name was Christi. She was all smiles and made a few jokes with me and honestly made my morning. Service was great and food came out super quick and order was correct which is hard to come about. Love this place.
This is the slowest place I’ve ever been. I always Mobil through but it’s actually quicker to order in the drive through. Y’all please call Gadsden to get pointers on your service times.
Very slow drive through, mobile through should help be a little quicker however 5 cars from the regular ordering lane have got their food and left whole the mobile thru hasn't moved once. I normally wait at the front of the line for my food up to 20 minutes which is unacceptable. Please fix this issue. The drive through at Chick-fil-A everywhere else is so much faster than this chic fil a.
