Grew up in Scottsboro so Cups is very familiar to me. Was in town visiting and dropped by 2/15/25.
Last time I went I was really disappointed in the espresso. But they said that they have been working on the machine and it is tasting a lot better! I asked for a recommendation and Anna Leigh made me a delicious caramel macchiato.
Anna Leigh and Miley were working and were phenomenal!! They are so sweet and their customer service is just above and beyond. The food was also lovely, as always.

Terrible espresso coffe, not really an espresso but a drip coffe, however, I had a good sandwich. For the amount of people that comes at lunch time, seems like understaffed.

We had a berry salad with chicken here that was absolutely delicious! Plenty of big chunks of chicken and some kind of delicious berry dressing. Highly recommend if you are shopping at Unclaimed Baggage!

We enjoyed a lunch at Cups. We had the chicken salad sandwich and the BBQ sandwich. Both sandwiches had good portions and were tasty. We added the Chips and a drink for a small uncharge. There are tables available to sit and enjoy.

Fresh baked from scratch scones. Coffee was fresh and good. Stopped in by with a friend while another friend shopped. I was hungry, so it worked out well.

Enjoyed a quick lunch at the Cafe while enjoying the Unclaimed Baggage Store. Fair prices considering the store prices themselves were higher than expected. Service was SLOW, but that seems to be the new norm after COVID unfortunately. I had a veggie patty on croissant which is not on the menu but is on a sign at the register listing their vegetarian options. The croissant was not the typical flaky croissant like I was expecting, but was good. Husband had the club sandwich which was huge! Before we started shopping we shared a cinnamon roll. They use cream cheese frosting which I love and don’t find often. They also don’t skimp on the frosting….just the way I like it! Free drink refills while in the store. This helped keep my husband happy after the cinnamon roll while I shopped for a few hrs and carried thru to his lunch. ?. He also charged me a “spouse tax” for shopping more than 2 hrs and bought himself one of their fresh baked cookies.

While shopping at the Unclaimed Baggage Center we were delighted to find the cafe inside the Center since there are not a lot of other healthy eating options in the area- mostly fast food. It also allows you to shop, take a break, and shop some more since the baggage center can occupy you for hours. We were able to order nice size salads, freshly made and priced well. I loved the chicken salad - one of the specialties. My husband enjoyed a green salad with fresh strawberries, pineapple and nuts. There is both indoor ad outdoor seating.
Surprising favorite. You would think for a snack bar there wouldn’t be much to it but it’s actually great fresh food made to order. Selection is good and prices are very reasonable.

Both my husband and I enjoyed a coffee and a cookie whilst taking in the atmosphere of the Unclaimed Baggage Center. They certainly hit the mark as we had been travelling for some time.

The latte is good. However the service isn’t as professional as it should be. A person waited on me took my order and said she’d bring my order to me. After 10 min, I went to where I ordered and the person that waited on me was scooping chicken salad(I think). Then another worker handed me my order. (There was 1 customer in front of me). The last time I got a latte, I waited 5 minutes and there were 3 people in front of me. Their order taking and delivery is neither friendly or unfriendly. They seem bored or uninterested.
