Amazing experience!!! The workers (Kimberly, Tori and Tonya) were the absolute sweetest! Our order was completed quickly amd correctly. They assisted with offering a drink carrier and making sure all our needs were met. Like I said AMAZING experience and would like to credit Kimberly, Tori and Tonya for it!

Waited in drive thru for a while no response, went to window and waited for a long time finally someone came to window and said I ain't running drive thru. No signs posted that it was closed anywhere. I left and so did the car behind me.

Labor day at 1:30....1 lady working, a long line, she was giving it all she had! A hard worker! People do not understand the stress when you are the only one working. It becomes overwhelming and is hard to be cheerful. She deserves a raise and a paid vacation.

I would give less than 1 star if I could! When my husband and I stopped at this location for ice cream there were 2 customers in front of us, everyone else was seated and the young lady working the register did a good job eventhough you could tell she was new. The manager was yelling "Don't take anymore orders until I get caught up!!" and telling people in the drive-thru they would have to come in. She had a cook in the kitchen and a girl on the register. I could deal with her being frazzled about being busy, but since when does a fast food place stop taking orders? Don't you take orders and your customers decide if they want to wait...I mean they paid right?! She was unprofessional and being a poor example for her staff. I received the most pitiful looking sundae I've ever had. I asked politely if i could have nuts, because there weren't any like I requested, she turned her back to me and said loudly "No"!! Really!?! Then followed up with you'll have to wait. Let me just say that the sweet new girl said let me get those for you. Thankful for nice people in the world stepping up for the rude, pathetic excuse for a manager in charge of this location. This place is a joke!

We were told we couldn't order from the kitchen even though they didn't close for over an hour later. Cashier was completely rude to my mother when she asked for suggestions to order and everyone had to choose 2-3 different times bc we were told either they were out of stock or that whatever machine they used to make our order had already been cleaned and they weren't going to use it again for the night. Then when I went to pay all I had on me was 100$ bill and I was told they couldn't take it, so I had to go to the store next door to get change to pay for what we were finally allowed to order . Over all bad experience. Understaffed and unfriendly to my family.

this is one store that should disable the comments. nothing good to say about any visit I've ever had to this location, however today was it for me, terrible service, lady had a terrible attitude..I will NEVER return to Scottsboro Dairy Queen. Zero stars

Food was sloppily made and lacked toppings. I ordered a New York Cheescake Blizzard with a strawberry core but it had a few large chunks of strawberry and little to no cheesecake bits. Its good nonetheless but it was fairly disappointing.

The service was aweful we waited 10 minutes just to order there were only 5 customers counting us the meal was disgusting we both threw it away thank goodness the ice cream was good..I would not recommend it to anyone just go for the ice cream.
