Answer your phone? Been on hold for over 10 minutes, lost my business
So on Friday night past, my wife orders pizza for the kids. She waits in line 45 minutes to get to the window. At the window for 10 minutes is ignored. She pulls forward and parks and goes to the door which is locked and is waived Over to the window which she goes to and they refuse to come to. Come to find out they canceled the order.
