We go here way more than anyone ever should, thanks wifey. 99.9% of the time they are super friendly and the service is good. Every now and again the drinks are made differently, but otherwise they're good to go!

I drove 30 min out of my way because the internet said they were open on Thanksgiving. Lights were on and 2 cars in the parking lot. I couldn't get anybody in the drive through, so went and parked and tried going in but the doors were locked.

Stopped thru on a trip- had to brew my midnight joe so it was so fresh. All 3 of our drinks were perfect. The workers were super kind and cleaning when we came in although there were no customers- lets you know that they care about their place of employment and were willing to work although they had no current customers. Will definitely be back in the future

This location always sucks. Your attitudes suck. Your service sucks. You never give me my complete order. I always have to call and retrieve the items you leave out. You never have the items I order on the app. I’m always getting calls saying “hey they’re out of this, what would you like instead?” Then when I say the other option it’s “oh we’re out of that too” waste your time and your money elsewhere because these people at this location do not care. This is coming from someone who has been in the food industry over 5 years. Fix your staff or you’ll close like every other crappy location in town.

Stopped by for my first ever Dunkin coffee and Keyfer was awesome, he made the perfect drink for me!
They seemed a bit overwhelmed, which was probably because the closest Starbucks was closed that day and they were swamped. They messed up the order but I didn’t want to ask them to fix it because it wasn’t that big of a deal and they had more people to help. I wouldn’t avoid going there over it since it was obvious it was a situational thing.

Constantly mess up orders, horrible service, they send you to the second window and forget that you ordered anything. They can't make frozen drinks correctly. They push extra things on you when you order as well.

They seemed so busy that no one even bothered to acknowledge us standing by the counter. We decided to place an order on the app, and that took over 20 minutes before we got someone’s attention to fix the box of donuts. Use the drive thru next time.

I agree with a previous review is that donuts are not always fresh. Plus, I have been purchasing hot chai tea with vanilla for years when I lived elsewhere. I haven't found not 1 in ne al, that can make a good chai latte. Today ordered a cold chai latte and it had coffee in it. Coffee does not belong in chai TEA. Please work on the chai teas.

I got coffee and a bagel, the lady at checkout was really nice and make the transaction much more enjoyable. The caramel craze iced latte is delicious but a little strong personally, so keep it mind if you order certain coffees
