They seemed a bit overwhelmed, which was probably because the closest Starbucks was closed that day and they were swamped. They messed up the order but I didn’t want to ask them to fix it because it wasn’t that big of a deal and they had more people to help. I wouldn’t avoid going there over it since it was obvious it was a situational thing.

Constantly mess up orders, horrible service, they send you to the second window and forget that you ordered anything. They can't make frozen drinks correctly. They push extra things on you when you order as well.

They seemed so busy that no one even bothered to acknowledge us standing by the counter. We decided to place an order on the app, and that took over 20 minutes before we got someone’s attention to fix the box of donuts. Use the drive thru next time.

I agree with a previous review is that donuts are not always fresh. Plus, I have been purchasing hot chai tea with vanilla for years when I lived elsewhere. I haven't found not 1 in ne al, that can make a good chai latte. Today ordered a cold chai latte and it had coffee in it. Coffee does not belong in chai TEA. Please work on the chai teas.

I got coffee and a bagel, the lady at checkout was really nice and make the transaction much more enjoyable. The caramel craze iced latte is delicious but a little strong personally, so keep it mind if you order certain coffees

Find it somewhat disheartening that Dunkin Doughnuts would not have Old Fashioned Doughnuts ready to serve at 6AM (it’s not like you make them from scratch [as they did in the 60’s & 70’s], which were available 24/7).
This unfortunately isn’t the first time this has happened, though it’s the first time I have taken the time to voice my frustration and exercise my right to take my business elsewhere.
Dunkin Doughnuts has lost a “daily guest”…

Coffee and donuts are good but it’s a toss up on whether they will even have either. I’ve been by 3 times and they are always out of something I’ve ordered. It took 10 minutes to even be acknowledged while I was inside. If you go, go through the drive thru because they do not care about customers in the store.

I really do enjoy the coffee from this place. It's fantastic every time and I don't think that they've ever messed up an order we've placed which is great. The staff are fantastic.The thing that lets Dunkin down and the reason for the 3 stars instead of 5 is that the donuts I've had from here have always been stale. Like. Every single time. My first donut purchase was a jelly filled and there was barely any jelly. The second time was a regular ol pink iced donut and my goodness it tasted like it had been there a week!Go for the coffee, don't stay for the donuts. As a side note the Dunkings iced coffee is insanely good and I highly recommend it to you all. The breakfast sandwiches are also pretty good.
