We just went through the drive through, the sodas was given to us with out the lid attached and almost spilled all over the car, the woman walked our food out to us and my husbands burger was not assembled (meaning meat toppings bun ) and thrown into an opens wrapper my burger had somebody’s cotton elastic piece of clothing in my burger. NEVER AGAIN

Ordered breakfast which consisted of 1 Loaded Breakfast Burrito medium combo and 1 Chicken Biscuit medium meal. The breakfast burrito had very very very little ham or sausage, the Chicken Biscuit was hard as a rock when I took the chicken Bisquet back up to get it replaced the manager was RUDE and the 2nd chicken was so dry when my wife bit it it puffed out dust. The fountain drink was not operating correctly and when we brought it up all they said was Coke was supposed to be coming out to fix it. My wife told me she could have fixed it but wasn't paid to do that.

The food was hot and fresh. I spilled my coffee at the trash station and before I could pick it up, young man (cashier) was there with a mop and offered me a fresh cup! Very friendly and accommodating.

Miss merasoul makes the best biscuits in town we go there every Sunday on our way to huntsville al we live in southpittsburg Tennessee, and Brandon makes my biscuits no one else they are always fresh they know what i want when they see me so if miss merasoul leaves and Brandon i want be back
The lady that took our order cut us off multiple times deciding that we were finished with our order and when we said we weren’t finished and asked if she was still there she wouldn’t answer. Then repeated our order and we said once again we had more, then cut us off again. We only ordered 4 items (4 people, 4 items) don’t know how hard it is to just listen.
The lady that handed us our food was super sweet and I appreciate that from her, also our food itself was pretty good and these two factors are the only reason this review isn’t a 1 star.

Love this Hardees! Got the chicken platter and it is always my favorite!! Any platter really, just because you get a little taste of everything. It’s also great to see how busy this place can be yet they get you in and out in no time! While still having fresh cooked food. I’ll always love breakfast here?
