We ordered small bbq sandwiches but we got slider size sandwiches and paid $20.66 they was so tinny I'll post a pic. We was so disappointed we always loved holy smokes. But not worth the price now!

This was our first and last time we will never ever go there again it was high and the quality of the food was awful and the nachos barley had any meat had much as they charge ,the lady's was not friendly at all, and the food wasnt all that good I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone it was the waste of our money and time and the lady acted like she was frustrated because we asked questions the other staff wasn't friendly at all

Ok...so I normally don't post my opinion on food because I have been a chef/cook for over 40 yrs of my life and can be quite critical...but I can't let this one slide...walking in the door it seems to be a nice,pleasant layed back atmosphere but the woman workin the counter was not pleasant nor was she approachable...in fact had she said anything at all it was not pleasant or nice or welcoming AT ALL as a mater of fact when I was trying to tell her what kind of sauce I wanted she cut me off and told me what I got...(Pretty much get what u get and don't throw a fit mentality) So I didn't want to cause the lady any undo stress by requesting something different...now lets move on to the food...not only was my order incorrect...(I mean how hard is it to get a brisket plate with potato salad and baked beans right?)...instead what I got was cold over cooked french fries and some pork and beans with a lil sugar in em I think....the ONLY good thing about the entire experience was the brisket...it was well cooked and a decent sized portion other than that that's really all I can say about that...I set my expectations a little high when it comes to food and when I pay $15 for a plate of food... I at the very least expect not only that my order be correct but the ppl serving it to at least be semi pleasant

Staff not in the least bit friendly. Half slab of ribs were so dry and overcooked they were inedible. A small pulled pork sandwich at $6.00 was so small it couldn’t even be considered a child’s meal. Nope! I do not recommend this restaurant. Waste of money.

Two small sized hamburgers and one small bbq sandwich. Price was unreal! $5.99 for each tiny sandwich! No fries or drinks come with it. As for the taste of the food, it was just ok….nothing special about it…definitely not worth the cost. But the thing that could’ve made it more tolerable was the service. First, it was a call-in for a carryout order. The girl who took the order did not seem to have any telephone experience at all, was very unsociable and sounded like she was a very bored person. Secondly, it wasn’t any better when I went in to get order. No acknowledgement at all. Finally, after standing there a few minutes waiting for a girl to come out, she finally did, checked on a customer at a table, went back into the back room; no hi, may I help you or anything! An older like woman came out and stood and just looked at me! I gave her my name and said I had a phone order. She toook a bag from the counter and told me the price. I attempted to make a friendly conversation and she just raised her eyebrows at me! Geez! Last stop at the Holy Smokes BBQ for me!
