Had a great meal here at my stop in Scottsboro. I was craving bbq and this place hit the spot. I got a bbq pork sandwich with the thick sauce, baked beans, and a tea. I’m not kidding, I was genuinely shocked when I saw the price, it was so unbelievably cheap!! I haven’t had a meal this cheap in a long time. The food tastes good, not the best bbq I’ve ever had, but it’s more than worth the price. Great service, and it feels like an old school joint, which I enjoy. I recommend this place!

Food was on point! I had brisket. A little fatty but I like it that way, seasoned well, and moist. Kids had Ribs and cleaned the bones. Wife had turkey and didn't leave a crumb. If we were local, this would be a weekly stop for us.

Waited 30 minutes for a take out order. they forgot the buns so had to make a second trip back because I had no bread. the potato salad was all mayonnaise, the BBQ was flavor less and fatty and the sauce was liquid, not sauce. DO NOT RECOMMEND

If I could give it zero stars, I would. We hadn’t eaten all day and came in for a quick stop on our 3 hour round trip drive. The beef brisket wasn’t the worst I’ve ever had, but it was mostly fat and $80+ and barely fed 6 people. The French fries were NOT “homemade”—they were school cafeteria frozen bag quality. ALL of the condiments (ketchup, etc.) were “Great Value” Walmart brand. All of the barbecue sauce was TERRIBLE. The “thick” tasted like Walmart brand cheap quality. All of the other vinegar-based barbecue sauces were SO THIN they were like WATER!!! It was impossible to put on a sandwich without having mush for bread. We waited well over 15 minutes for food even though we were the only people there. The staff were INCREDIBLY RUDE and didn’t act like they wanted to be there. It’ll be a long time before I try BBQ out again.
