My Husband and myself walk into the Restaurant and no one spoke to us they looked at us but never said a word so we sat down and no one came over to the table. We sat there and still no service they were not busy at all . I have enjoyed going to that restaurant I don’t live far but we drove to Guntersville and I really did enjoy our meal. We will not be back to the Huddle House in Scottsboro.

The restaurant was empty other than one person I ordered breakfast for lunch. It took 30 minutes to get her meal and there was long black hairs in my eggs and when I showed the server, all she said was oh. I’ll get you another thank you

Don't do it...We ordered 2 meat lovers omelets, oj, soda, 2 pancakes, total price $41.84. Also on the fake eggs, not real, tripcharge of $1 per meal. Never again!!!

It was OK, like if the market called for a cross between waffle hous and denys.
Service was good , took 45 mins to get our food ! I ordered loaded hashbrowns IT took 45mins or so got it and the cheese was not even melted and the hashbrowns were cold!! It wasn't the cooks fault or the servers , whoever makes the schedule fault!!!

I dined in with my husband and two daughters. The store was very welcoming. SO WE THOUGHT. The server was friendly BUT most definitely did NOT pay attention to the food she brought out. The cook DID NOT read the ticket because food came out WRONG or wasn't sent out at all. AND on top of all that two of the four meals were burnt. My daughter wasn't able to eat her grilled cheese at all. My youngest didn't even get her waffle brought out. Even after mentioning it to the waitress she didn't bring her waffle before the rest of us were finish eating. Which caused her to feel upset and embarrassed due to not getting her fod. Fruit bowls were NOT fresh. Along with another employee unsure of her role sat chatting with a customer while the other waitress had to get with her about numerous things while we were there. WE WILL NEVER EAT nor will we recommend this Huddle House to ANYONE. $82.00 would've been better off trashed

The ladies were all great. Friendly, helpful, courteous, and kind.
But the food wasn't exceptional. The tomatoes on my salad had no flavor. The lettuce was so-so. I've had much better tasting BLT's.
My wife said her breakfast bowl was ok, but it was nothing to go back for. My cup of hot chocolate was barely half full. The whipped cream made it look like there was more hot chocolate in the cup than there was. As I can figure, it costs about a dollar an ounce for what I got. Many of their drinks are way overpriced.
The place reminds me of a mediocre Waffle House.
This was our first visit since moving into the area recently. We probably won't return anytime soon.

First we were ignored while waiting to be seated. Then when ordering they weren't aware of their own menu items and deals. Once we ordered they came back after 10 minutes to reorder our food because they forgot. Sat in the restaurant for over 2 hours waiting for our food. Other people came, ordered, ate, and left and we just kept waiting. After an hour they informed us they had forgotten to put in our order. When after 2 hours our food finally came out it was incorrect, incomplete, and cold. Avoid this place.
