This was our second time visiting in 2 weeks that I returned home to the wrong meals. I should have checked them this time after having a bad experience earlier in the week, but I didn’t. We waited 15 minutes in the parking lot after being moved so they could take care of the customers behind us. Both times the food was still wrong. We live 15 minutes from the restaurant, which is too far to return to have the meals corrected.

Tried this Jacks for the first time and i wont be back unfortunately, I guess the air doesnt work it was hot as heck in there & the food was not fresh at all. The hamburger was dryer than a crack heads mouth. They need new manager or something because that place is not run well and you can tell!

I have eaten there 3 times in last few weeks...and what a great improvement! I haven't ate there in a while, tea would always be sour..food..just not good. But..you all have done a fantastic job! Tea is fresh..food is great again! Thank you! Keep up the great work..I really appreciate it!

Great food clean atmosphere. The people that work there are so friendly. They go out of their way to make sure your dining experience is pleasant. And they are definitely not skimpy on their food Like all the other places are all. And that is a big plus nowadays. I will continue to visit this establishment in scottsboro, i look forward to the great food and seeing the great friendly workers,

I'm going to be Brittany Blunt.Cause I just got off the phone with a freaking manager. We live very remote and we drive through the town on the way to marshall county every weekend. 2 weeks.
In a row we did the twelve biscuit special mobile order. 2 weeks ago they screwed the pooch on it last week.They shortened us 2 sandwiches for a total of about 7 dolland this week.They shortest four sandwiches for the total in about fourteen dollars. I brought it to their attention.She said oh I can't fix something from two weeks ago. I said it wasn't 2 weeks ago.It was last sunday , seven days ago and today. I said it wasn't 2 weeks ago. It was last Sunday, 7 days ago and today. Their response was.Why did you wait so long?Why didn't you tell us today?I said I just got home. I've been on the road for 3 hours.

She had the audacity to tell me.She packed the bags this morning.I said no, you didn't you were working in the back.Putting sandwiches together.I was watching you.You're girl down.Front seem to be a little bit lost.But there were only 8 sandwiches in the bag today, bot twelve. Last Sunday there was only ten not twelve. She proceeded to try to tell me that the bag and the order was complete. Absolutely.Know it wasn't and since you're going to persist.I will be going to the regional manager to get this fixed. Bluntly, you need to stois nonsense and correct your public attitude with your customers and stop talking down to you employees in front of customers. That is absolutely the worst management behavior in any fast food place I've ever seen.

When I spend money to feed my family and you short me the food I purchased, don't tell me you "got it right." It's called theft. I wouldn't let you do it with me looking at your face over the counter and I'm not going to tolerate it over the phone or with a mobile order. Fix your issues or regional or corporate will.

Worst app for food. They dont honor their coupons nor offer help with using the slowest fast food app ever.the manager could have done something but she did not,she was busy complaining how sick she was as 6 employees just hung out in the front. Manager could have honored online discounts or offered a small token as a gesture of good faith but that kind of southern hospitality is dead at this jacks. Dissapointed and cant trust Jacks gimmicks ,they will just shoot you down and dont care about the customer.
